LittleDays Terms of Sale

These terms cover the two things in LittleDays that involve money: buying a printed photobook, and subscribing to Little Days Plus (extra cloud storage). Everything else in the app — writing memories, recap summaries, on-screen photobook previews, and free cloud backup — is free and isn’t a sale, so it isn’t governed here. How your data is handled is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
LittleDays is operated by Little Days App LLC, a small independent company, which is the seller and merchant of record for photobook orders. If anything here is unclear, or something goes wrong with an order, email us directly at support@littledaysfamily.com.
What you’re buying
A LittleDays photobook is a printed, physical book made from the memories and photos you choose. Each book is printed on demand specifically for your order — it is a custom-made item, not something pulled off a shelf.
Price
- A photobook is a flat $34.99 USD.
- That price includes printing and shipping within the United States.
- The price is shown to you before you pay. You are only ever charged that amount — you confirm it in the payment sheet before anything happens.
Where we ship
At the moment, United States shipping addresses only. The flat price is sized for US shipping, so orders to other countries are blocked before you can pay. International shipping may come later.
Payment
- Payment is handled by Stripe, using a card or Apple Pay. Your card details go directly to Stripe; LittleDays never sees or stores your card number.
- You are charged when you place the order, before the book is sent for printing.
When your order is final
Because each book is printed to order, an order is sent to production immediately after you pay and cannot be changed or cancelled. There is no holding window — once payment succeeds, your book goes to our print partner (Lulu) within moments. Please double-check your photos, your book’s contents, and your shipping address before you confirm payment.
The only situations where money comes back to you are the ones below.
Refunds
- If we can’t fulfill your order, you get a full automatic refund. If the print job is rejected or can’t be produced for any reason, the system refunds your payment in full to your original payment method, with nothing required from you.
- If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us at support@littledaysfamily.com within 30 days of delivery, with a photo of the problem. We’ll either reprint it or refund it — your choice. This covers manufacturing and shipping defects: torn pages, printing errors, binding problems, damage in transit, and the like.
- Because books are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse — e.g. changing your mind, ordering the wrong month, choosing the wrong photos, or entering the wrong address. Check everything before you pay. If something genuinely went wrong, email us anyway — we’d rather sort it out than have you stuck with a book you can’t use.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card networks usually take a few business days to post them.
Delivery
- Books are printed and shipped by Lulu, a print-on-demand provider. To make and deliver your book, we send Lulu your book’s print file and your shipping details (name, address, phone, email).
- Printing plus shipping typically takes one to two weeks, but isn’t guaranteed — production and carrier times vary. Delivery date estimates are not promises.
- You’re responsible for giving an accurate, complete shipping address. We can’t refund or replace an order that fails to arrive because the address was wrong.
Your content
You keep ownership of the memories and photos in your book. By ordering, you confirm you have the right to print the photos and content you’ve included, and you give LittleDays and Lulu permission to use them solely to produce and ship that one order — nothing else.
Things outside our control
LittleDays is provided as-is. The photobook itself is warranted against manufacturing and shipping defects as described above, but beyond fixing or refunding a defective order, LittleDays isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Little Days Plus subscription
Every LittleDays account includes free private cloud backup. Little Days Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that expands your private cloud storage to 5 GB so all of your photos and memories stay safely backed up. The app is fully usable without it — Plus only raises your storage limit.
- Price and length. Little Days Plus is $2.99 USD per month. The current price is always shown to you in the app before you subscribe, and is confirmed on the App Store purchase screen.
- Billing through Apple. The subscription is sold through your Apple ID, not directly by us. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month and your Apple ID is charged for the next month unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing or cancelling. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Your Plus storage stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- If you cancel or it lapses. Your storage limit returns to the free tier, but no memories or photos are ever deleted. Anything already backed up stays backed up; new captures simply stay on your device until you’re under the limit again or resubscribe.
- Refunds. Subscription refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms, not by us. If you believe you were charged in error, request a refund through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Changes
If these terms change, the version on this page will be updated and the effective date at the top will be bumped. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in effect when you place it.
